The U.S. Navy's Carrier Strike Group 1 (CSG-1) has been taking part in an air and surface warfare exercise in the South China Sea with the Singapore navy, reports the Navy NewsStand.
U.S. participants in last week's drills included the carrier Carl Vinson, Arleigh Burke-class destroyers Stockdale and Gridley, the cruiser Bunker Hill and aircraft assigned to Carrier Air Wing 17.
