U.S. State Dept. On Board With $319 Million Proposal To Expand Al Mubarak Airbase

The Kuwaiti government is seeking U.S. assistance to expand the Al Mubarak Airbase, reports the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency.

The U.S. State Dept. has cleared the potential deal, the DSCA noted on April 6.

The proposed US$319 million Foreign Military Sales program covers facilities and infrastructure construction support services.
