U.S. State Dept. Approves Clears $3.9 Billion Deal For Patriot Missile Defense Systems

The U.S. State Dept. has approved a possible Foreign Military Sale of Patriot air defense systems to Romania, reports the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
