A truce brokered by Washington and Moscow is supposed to begin Monday evening in Syria, reports the BBC.
The 10-day cease-fire was announced after lengthy talks last week between Russia and the U.S., reported Al Jazeera.
According to state media, the regime in Damascus welcomed the arrangement.
The deal does not include the group formerly known Nusra Front or the Islamic State. Under the plan, the U.S. and Russia are to establish a joint center to combat jihadist groups. ...
