U.S. To Return 25 Percent Of Seoul Garrison

The U.S. and South Korea have reached an agreement on the return of a large section of an American garrison located in the middle of Seoul, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).

On Thursday, the parties agreed to the return of around one quarter of the Yongsan garrison site, said the South Korean Foreign Ministry.
