Cambodia has become the first country to join the bilateral Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) drills with the U.S. Navy since the exercises were started in 1995, reports the Navy NewsStand.
The amphibious warship USS Tortuga (LSD-46) arrived in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, on Monday for nine days of training.
