U.S.-Made Black Hawks Start Arriving For Air Force

The Afghan air force has just received its first four U.S.-made UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, say officials cited by Reuters.
They arrived on Tuesday in Kandahar, according to the NATO-led Resolute Support mission.
Washington plans to supply 159 Black Hawks in the next few years to help the Afghan air force replace its Soviet-era Mi-17 helicopters. The aging Mi-17 fleets has become increasingly hard to maintain and replace.
