U.S. Increasingly Focused On Western Sahara

The White House is increasing its attention to the Western Sahara issue in southern Morocco, reports the Wall Street Journal.

Western Sahara, a former Spanish colony, has sought independence from Morocco ever since it was absorbed into the North African nation in the 1975.
