U.S. Expected To Agree To Most Arms Sales

The Obama administration has decided to sell weapons to Taiwan, reports the Taipei Times.
A public announcement is expected to be made in the near future, possibly before the end of the month, according to congressional sources.
The deal is expected to include UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters, PAC-3 missile defense systems and equipment related to Taiwan's defense communications network.
Taiwan's request for F-16C/D fighters is not expected to be approved, the sources said. ...
