Estonia has received a major donation of explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technology from the United States, reports Estonian Public Radio.
Michael Polt, the U.S. ambassador to Estonia, on Thursday handed over the mine-clearance package, including seven robots, metal detectors and safety gear on Thursday.
The donated equipment was estimated to be worth 800,000 euros (US$1.1 million).
