U.S. Civil Affairs Brigade Stands Up In Kaiserslautern

The U.S. Army recently has activated its first civil affairs brigade to be based in Europe at Kaiserslautern in Germany, reports the Army News Service.

The 361st Civil Affairs Brigade and its subordinate 457th Civil Affairs Battalion form part of the 7th Civil Support Command, the only U.S. Army Reserve command that is completely stationed overseas.
