U.S. Carrier, Destroyers Prepare For Joint Exercise

The USS George Washington and three guided-missile destroyers are expected in South Korean ports this week ahead of a planned exercise, Stars and Stripes reports.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Defense Robert Gates will give specifics on the schedule of the military exercises during a visit to South Korea on Wednesday, according to the military.
