U.S. Army General Becomes 1st Deputy Commander Of British Division

For the first time, a U.S. general is serving as deputy commander of a British army division, reports the Stars and Stripes.
Brig. Gen. Michael Tarsa assumed his new post on Tuesday with the 3rd (United Kingdom) Division at Bulford Garrison in Wiltshire, England.
Tarsa most recently served as deputy commander for support of the 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo.
