Upgrade Work Continues On Marine Corps Bases

Numerous Marine installations continue to undergo upgrades to accommodate the Corps' quick buildup to 202,000 active-duty Marines, the Marine Corps Times reports.
In the past three years, several billion dollars' worth of construction has been planned, completed or set in motion across the service.
Existing facilities have been repaired, upgraded or modified, and new buildings have been constructed, Marine officials said.
