Next week's talks on Iran's nuclear program could be the West's "last chance," says a senior Iranian official, Reuters reports.
If those talks fail, Iran may not return to the negotiating table once it can make its own fuel for a research reactor, said Ali Asghar Soltanieh, the ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency.
