Unchallenging Jobs Have Young Officers Quitting

The Finnish military is losing a significant number of its young officers due to a perceived lack of challenges in the service, reports the Helsingin Sanomat.
The National Defense University produces about 100 officers annually. However, of late around 30 officers have been leaving the service each year for civilian pursuits.
