A new report from a U.N. watchdog has concluded that chlorine gas was used against Syrian civilians last year.
In the third report issued by the watchdog, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) reaffirms that chlorine gas was used in attacks on three villages in 2014, reports Agence France-Presse.
The report, made available to media on Tuesday, concludes "with a high degree of confidence" that gas was used against civilians, killing at least 13...
