A U.N. investigation of a fatal incident in Afghanistan in October blames friendly fire for at least one death.
A United Nations security guard killed in an attack on a Kabul guesthouse may have been shot by Afghan police, the BBC reports, citing the U.N. probe.
Taliban militants were wearing police uniforms and using the same AK-47 rifles as security personnel, said a U.N. official.
