U.N. experts say North Korea allegedly worked with Syria on chemical weapons and ballistic missile programs in violation of U.N. Security Council resolutions, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
An eight-member panel of U.N. experts responsible for monitoring the implementation of sanctions against Pyongyang made the charges in a report issued Sept. 9.
The panel said it is investigating "reported prohibited chemical, ballistic missile and conventional arms cooperation"...
