U.N. Panel Finds Evidence Of War Crimes By Both Sides

A panel from the United Nations has accused the Libyan government of war crimes and crimes against humanity and said the rebels have also committed war crimes, the BBC reports.
The panel said they found evidence that Muammar Qaddafi's regime was responsible for a number of crimes, including murder and torture.
The U.N.'s investigative report, released Wednesday in Geneva, said rebel acts were also reported that could constitute war crimes. There were said to be fewer reports...
