U.N. Denies Heavy Weapons Allegations In DMZ

North Korea accused the U.S. and South Korea of bringing heavy weapons into the truce village of Panmunjom last Saturday, the Voice of America News reports.
The U.N. Command denied the charges on Tuesday.
Pyongyang threatened retaliation if the unspecified weaponry were not removed from the demilitarized zone. Only pistols and rifles are allowed in the DMZ.
