Ultimatum Delivered To Gbagbo

Ivory Coast's neighbors say they will force out incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo if he does not yield power after a disputed election, the Scotsman reports.

The West African regional bloc ECOWAS is sending a high-level delegation of three leaders to Abidjan as "an ultimate gesture" before considering military force.

The delegation arrived in Abidjan on Tuesday.
