Top police officials from Rwanda and Uganda have finalized an agreement pledging more cooperation against terrorism, reports the New Times (Kigali, Rwanda).
Emmanual Gasana, Rwanda's commissioner general of police, and Lt. Gen. Kale Kayihura, inspector general of the Uganda police, signed the agreement on Thursday in the Rwandan capital, Kigali.
