Turkish Troops Cross Border Into Rebel-Held Idlib Province In Syria

The Turkish military says its forces have crossed the border into Syria's northern Idlib province to monitor "de-escalation zones" intended to eventually help to end the conflict in Syria, reports the Anadolu Agency (Turkey).
