The Islamic State has started to pick up Kurdish recruits who have made attacks in Turkey, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Attacks in southern Turkey over the last two months have been attributed to Kurds.
ISIS has not claimed responsibility for either bombing. The Turkish government blamed the group for the mid-July attack in Suruc, a Turkish town near the Syrian border, that killed at least 30.
