Tunnel Spotted, Suspicions Raised Over Nuclear Test

Government and military sources in South Korea have seen signs that North Korea may be building a tunnel for a possible nuclear test, reports the Daily Telegraph (U.K.).
Intelligence analysts in the South said the North is apparently preparing for a third nuclear test.
Satellite images show what appears to be tunnel construction at the Punggye-ri test site, where underground nuclear tests were conducted in 2006 and 2009, said officials.
