Tuareg Rebels Take Timbuktu

Tuareg rebels have captured two more northern cities in Mali, reports Radio France Internationale.
The ancient city of Timbuktu was seized Sunday by the National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad (MNLA) after government troops withdrew. The army abandoned Gao on Saturday, officials said.
Coup leader Capt. Amadou Sanogo on Sunday said he would reinstate the constitution that he suspended after ousting President Amadou Toumani Toure.
