Two rival Tuareg groups in northern Mali say they have signed a peace deal, reports Reuters.
Senior members of the separatist CMA (Coordination of the Movements of Azawad) and their pro-government opponents known as the Platforme group said on Thursday that they had inked the deal the day before.
The agreement was signed in Bamako with the United Nations, government officials and international mediators in attendance.
