Trucks, Other Vehicles To Be Bought From New Allocation

The Brazilian Ministry of Defense expects to receive an additional US$733 million for procurement purposes, reports defense-aerospace.com.
The funds, to be allocated from the accelerated growth program (AGP), will cover 4,170 trucks, 40 Guarani armored vehicles and 30 Astros 2020 missile launchers, said defense officials.
The AGP is designed to stimulate the Brazilian economy and generate employment, noted a Defense Ministry release.
