Truce Gets Another 48 Hours; Aid Deliveries Stall

With American and Russian officials saying a cease-fire in Syria has been holding, the truce there has been extended for 48 hours, reports Agence France-Presse.
The U.S. State Dept. announced late Wednesday that the truce had been extended.
There have been reports of sporadic violence.
If the truce is seen to be holding after seven days, Moscow and Washington are supposed to start establishing military cooperation and moving toward political negotiations.
