Dozens of Syrian military personnel have crossed the border into Turkey along with their families, reports the Anatolia News Agency.
Turkish officials at one point said there were 224 Syrians, including 33 troops and officers, who were sent to a refugee camp in Apaydin in the southern Hatay province, Turkish officials said.
