Troops From Fort Stewart On Their Way To 9 Countries In Europe

The U.S. Army has announced that 3,500 personnel from the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Ga., are headed to Europe later this month for a three-month rotation, reports the Savannah (Ga.) Morning News.

During that period, the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team will operate through nine countries, conducting multinational training exercises designed to improve interoperability with NATO allies, the Army said.
