Troops, Civilians Killed In Various Taliban Attacks

Two NATO troops were killed by insurgents on Thursday in separate attacks in Afghanistan, Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports.

An American was killed in a Taliban rocket attack on a military outpost in Kunar province's Asmar district, Agence France-Presse reported.

The other death resulted from a roadside bomb attack in Afghanistan's south, said NATO officials, giving no other details.
