Nuclear envoys from Japan, South Korea and the U.S. are seeking to increase pressure on North Korea even as they try to bring Pyongyang back to the negotiating table, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
The envoys, meeting in Seoul on Wednesday, agreed that the advancement of North Korea's nuclear capability is "serious" and expressed a "sense of urgency" in addressing the problem.
