Tribal Fighting Continues Amid Cease-Fire Efforts

Libyan Prime Minister Abdurrahim El-Keib has traveled to the desert oasis of Sabha to broker a peace deal between rival tribes, Reuters reports.

About 150 have been killed and 395 wounded in a week of fighting between the Tibu ethnic group and the Sabha militias,s aid the government.

The Tibu have ties to neighboring Chad, while the militia fighters are primarily ethnic Arabs.
