Treasury Slaps More Sanctions On N. Korean Officials, Agencies

The U.S. Treasury Dept. has announced new sanctions against seven North Korean government officials and two agencies, reports the Hill (Washington, D.C.).

The measures released on Wednesday ban Americans from financial transactions with the officials and agencies and freezes the U.S.-based assets of the sanctioned officials and parties.
