Transition To Afghan Control Seen Becoming More Gradual

Deadlines for NATO's departure from Afghanistan have become less definite, reflecting a new planned gradual transition of security responsibilities, the Australian reports.

An international conference about the transition was held in Kabul on Tuesday.
