TRANSCOM Launches Major Sealift Readiness Exercise

U.S. Transportation Command (TRANSCOM) has ordered 28 vessels to sea as part of its Turbo Activation exercise series, reports the command. This is the fourth Turbo Activation drill this year and the largest such activation since the Iraq war in 2003, noted USNI News.
