Training Center For Peacekeepers Opens Doors In Port Dickson

The Malaysian government and the U.N. Development Program (UNDP) have opened a new training center for peacekeepers from Africa and Asia in Port Dickson, reports the U.N. Development Program.
Port Dickson is about 90 km (56 mi) from the capital of Kuala Lumpur.
The Port Dickson Peacekeeping Training Center will focus on how to better protect women and children and how to prevent gaps and overlaps with other peacekeeping agencies, officials said.
