Irvine Sensors, in cooperation with Applied Research Associates of Albuquerque, N.M., has successfully demonstrated a new sensor system for the U.S. Army, reports the Costa Mesa, Calif.-based company.
The Towhawk unattended aerial sensor is designed to provide under-armor situational awareness to ground vehicle crews.
