North Korea's lead negotiator in denuclearization talks with the U.S. is headed to Washington, reports the Korea Herald.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry confirmed on Wednesday that Kim Yong Chol, among other North Korean officials, will travel to Washington on Thursday.
