The top court at the European Union has kept Hamas on its E.U. terrorist blacklist, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
Hamas was first listed as a terror group in 2001. The listing was annulled in 2014 over procedural grounds, citing insufficient evidence based on media report, not gathered through an independent investigation.
