Libya—Tobruk-Based Government Resigns

The interim government based in eastern Libya has resigned, reports Al Jazeera (Qatar). On Sunday, Prime Minister Abdallah al-Thani of the Tobruk-based House of Representatives tendered his government's resignation to Aguila Saleh, the president of the legislature.
