A suicide bomber has detonated his explosive-laden vehicle in Iraq's central city of Tikrit, Reuters reports.
At least 13 people were killed and 15 others wounded in Monday's attack, said security officials.
The dead included a military intelligence colonel, a local official said.
This was the second attack in three days in former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein's hometown. On Friday, at least 21 people were killed and 70 wounded in two apparently coordinated bombings.
