Tigrayan Rebels Agree To Peace Talks With Government

The rebel Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) has agreed to peace talks proposed by the African Union, reports News 360 (Spain).
On Wednesday, the TPLF said that it was ready to participate in the talks, emphasizing its commitment to a peaceful resolution of the nearly two-year conflict.
The Ethiopian government announced its readiness to participate in peace talks in South Africa overseen by the A.U. earlier in the day.
