Tighter Regulations Lead To Fewer Bombs

Official statistics from Air Forces Central Command reveal a decrease in the number of bombing missions in Afghanistan, the Air Force Times reports.

Concern over civilian casualties led to tighter policies for calling in airstrikes. Those new rules of engagement went into effect in June.
