Threat Level Up After Bomb Scare In Oslo

Norway has raised the country's terror threat level after a homemade bomb was found in Oslo on Saturday, reports Agence France-Presse.
The explosive device was found Saturday night in Gronland in central Oslo. Police cordoned off a large portion of the district and destroyed the device in a controlled detonation.
The device was found to be a "primitive explosive device" capable of causing only "limited" damage, said an intelligence official.
