Thousands Of ISIS Fighters Surrender In Baghouz, Says SDF

The U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) says that thousands of Islamic State fighters have surrendered during ongoing operations in southeastern Syria, reports Rudaw (Iraqi Kurdistan).

About 3,000 ISIS militants have surrendered to the SDF since Sunday when it launched an offensive to retake the town of Baghouz, the terrorist group’s last stronghold, said an SDF official on Tuesday.
