Thousands Of Children Abused In Army Detention Centers In Northeast, Says Amnesty

Amnesty International has accused the Nigerian military of unlawfully detaining thousands of children and abusing them at detention centers, reports the Guardian (U.K.).

Security forces, including civilian militias, have wrongly detained thousands of children and adults who fled Boko Haram terrorist attacks, according to a new report from the non-governmental organization that was released on Wednesday.
