Thales To Supply Radar Systems For Dutch, Belgian Frigates

The Netherlands Defense Materiel Organization has awarded Thales Netherlands a contract for radar electronic support measures systems (RESM) for Dutch and Belgian frigates, reports the defense firm.
The radar contract, which is part of a wider modernization agreement between the two navies, covers four APX RESM for M-class frigates, known as the Karel Doorman class in the Netherlands and the Leopold I class in Belgium.
